Complaints

Please register your complaint with us and it will be investigated by the practice manger/ complaints lead under the practice based complaints procedures.

However, if you do not wish to register your complaint directly with the Practice and you are an NHS patient, you can contact NHS England where your complaint will be investigated. Contact details for NHS England are as follows.
